WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

Warranty Conditions

All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. To ensure warranty coverage, be sure to inspect the product upon delivery. If you detect any damage, file a report and do not accept the product. Any modifications to the product, deformation, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Conditions

In distance contracts for the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the product (excluding Concert and Event Tickets) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address provided, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification. In distance contracts for the provision of services, this period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the service is performed with the consumer's consent before the right of withdrawal period expires. The costs incurred in exercising the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the SELLER.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days, and the product must be unused/unpackaged. If this right is exercised:

a) The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER (If the invoice for the product being returned is from a corporate entity, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders with invoices issued for corporate entities will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

b) Products to be returned must be returned complete and undamaged, including the box, packaging, and any standard accessories.

c) The SELLER is obligated to return the total price and any documents binding the BUYER's obligation to the BUYER within 10 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.

d) If the value of the goods decreases due to the BUYER's fault, or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obligated to compensate the SELLER for any losses incurred to the extent of the BUYER's fault.

e) If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the campaign limit set by the SELLER falls below it, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.

f) The shipping costs paid for returning the product returned to the SELLER due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER for domestic orders and by the BUYER for international orders.

g) The SELLER will not refund the shipping costs collected from the BUYER when selling the product.

Products for which the Right of Withdrawal is Not Exercisable:

The Regulation prohibits the return of goods prepared in accordance with the BUYER's wishes or clearly in line with the BUYER's personal needs, goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, are prone to perish or expire, and, provided the packaging has been opened by the BUYER, food, audio or video recordings, software programs, and computer consumables.
